Not surprising, Customer Services is just an extension in this company.
I've a record of 12 days I've called the company. Most of the times more then once.
Many times getting the answer that he will check it up and 'get back to me', or when I've asked for the manager the most common answer was 'he is busy, leave the phone number and he will get back to you'.
Needless to say, THEY have never got back to me.

lol how funny, what a sad life you have, why not just ring the company on the telephone, i mean really would they be in business if they didnt answer phone? this is funny, sounds like more to this than meets the eye...
