    As they define there service:
    "We provide clear, practical, impartial advice to help you sort out problems and disagreements you may be having with suppliers of goods or services."

    I've tried to talk to a manager through reservation. In reservation I've been answered immediately (compared to CS that I can't go through). I've got the following phone number: 02084602222. I've been told to talk to Morris.
    The line is busy in the last half an hour.

  • Customer-Service

    I did send a message over the Internet. I the page they declare that they return within 4 hours. Two days has passed since I've send the Web-Request, no one got back to me.

    I've tried once more colling the customer service by phone. it is 9:30 and I'm getting the messages that it is closed.

    I've requested a call-back phone call using their Web a few minute ago.
